At approximately 6:45 the station operator received a call from a chs truck driver that is not a pipeline employee, notifying the jayhawk station operator that there was product on the ground at eubanks station. The station operator notified the control room and had eubanks station shut down at 6:50. The station operator arrived onsite at eubanks station at 8:10 and determined there was a release of approximately 1/2 barrel originating from a booster pump seal failure. All product remained on-site and was cleaned up. The pipeline was restarted at 13:00.
