On 9-27-23 we received a call from energy transfer of a possible leak at the cushing meter station. Noticed oil coming out of the ground around the 4 inch kicker line from the pig trap. We hand dug the line up and found a leak on the 4 inch line underground. We replaced the bypass line and installed it above ground. The hole was located at 7:00.
