1920 9/13/2023- imtt field personnel noticed ulsd spraying from a nipple on a pressure relief system near a cargo pump. The cargo pump was immediately turned off and the affected nipple was isolated from the active line. Imtt personnel responded to initiate the replacement of the failed nipple. Imtt contacted a contractor to initiate clean up efforts. Vibration is the contributing factor of the nipple cracking. Roughly 100 gallons (approx. 2.5bbls) were released. .5bbls were recovered via vac truck.
