While conducting right-of-way inspection, field operator discovered oil in the existing excavation from the previous leak on the lt-12" cat w. Cgf-b to mot pipeline which occurred on 04/10,2023. Internal notifications were made and operators upstream were notified to curtail production to the pipeline. Downstream operators were also notified of curtailment. Leak was identified as a seep, therefore the line was only briefly shut in to apply the temporary clamp.
