Narrative
At approx. 1350 cdt on 14aug23, while k9 patrol leak detection services were conducting routine inspections of the frio pipeline row, a release of ppmix was detected coming from below ground near the txl0028 pipeline, which was later confirmed by a gas analyzer. The pipeline was already shut-in at the time the leak was detected for other unrelated operational efforts. At 1525 the pipeline pressure was brought down to 330psig. The pipeline has been repaired and remains down until further investigation efforts can be completed as of 14sep23.
