On august 2nd at 11:40 mountain, a crew performing a rehab dig was sandblasting the pipe in preparation for repair. When the pipe coating was removed, a hole in the pipe was exposed causing a release of approximately 15 gallons of gasoline. Work was halted and the system was shut down in order to make a repair using a plidco clamp. Supplemental update to part b11. Changed to "exposed due to excavation"
