Corrective action / mitigative measures: pms created for 20-inch tom wheatley check valves to be performed every 6 months. (la pryor pump station) job plan created to preform semi-annual preventive maintenance checks. Maximo work order 23-1822157 generated and completed 7/13/23 for la pryor pump station 20-inch tom wheatley check valve. Same pms and work orders created and completed for: brackettville, zella, pettus and willow pump stations.
