Narrative
While conducting a hydro pressure test on the suction and fill lines inside our american tank farm facility, operators noticed a sudden drop in pressure and found a leak on a 10" steel pipeline. Operators followed by containing the oil/water mix and isolating the leak location and installing clamps on the pinholes. Afterwards, the pressure test was completed while oily dirt was disposed into a roll off box. A repair was made with new pipe at the leak location. New dirt was brought in and spread at the leak location.
