On may 11, while performing work to clean the internal floating roof on colex west tank tp112, operations found a leak from the side of the tank near the stairway step just above the stiffening ring near the top of the tank. Operations decided to pump the tank down and that eliminated the leak. The tank was repaired and it has been returned to normal service.
