Timeline of incident 10/22/23: (all times cdt) pipeline control began to see gas build-up on system with no place for gas to go sta 60 was operating with one line in and one line out -approx 12:10pm person on call (poc) received call from gas control that pressure was rising (approx 796psi) and units were slowing down poc was asked by p/l ctrl to put another discharge line in service -approx 12:13pm main unit #2 psv lifted (this was found from pi vision/hmi trending data) -approx 12:30pm poc arrived at station and heard blowing from compressor building -approx 12:36pm poc shut down and isolated mu2 10/23/23: began troubleshooting psv to determine cause; found trash in pilot (likely cause of failure) 10/26/2023 mu#2 returned to service
