On january 26, 2023 at 11:00 central time (ct), enterprise operations received a call from a local fisherman of bubbles in little tensas bayou near our chico b pipeline in the atchafalaya basin. At 11:45 ct, operations personnel confirmed the bubbles in the water were near the chico b pipeline. On january 27, 2023 at 10:55 ct divers confirmed the leak from the chico b pipeline. The upstream and downstream manual valves were closed at 15:00 ct to isolate the leak area. Enterprise determined the event to be reportable to the nrc due to exceedance of repair cost on february 8, 2023 at 17:41 ct. An existing pipeline clamp was determined to be leaking. The clamp was removed and replaced with a new clamp. Revisions to part g6 equipment failure - sub-cause have been made changing from non-threaded connection to other equipment failure. Revisions to part h narrative have been made clarifying waterway with little tensas bayou.
