On 11/30/2022 at 03:00, the operator discovered a pinhole leak on a 10-inch line inside the rotation manifold. The line was not operating at the time but was isolated while cleanup and repairs took place. Approximately 5 gallons of crude oil was released due to an internal corrosion pinhole and was cleaned up using sorbent pads and boom. The failure was repaired with a mechanical clamp. Uat scans continue of the other manifold piping and a review will be conducted to identify mitigative measures.
