On 3/7/2023 flint hills resources changed the following: - part c question 6 - changed the leak type from "other" to "pinhole." - part d question 8 - estimated costs were updated to reflect actual costs to-date. The prior report included costs estimated at the time of the submittal. On 11/18/2022 flint hills resources was on site performing a scheduled maintenance dig. At approximately 14:45 the dig crew observed contaminated soil and notified the pipeline control center. At 15:01 the pipeline was shut down and the segment was isolated. A small through-wall defect was discovered at the location of the scheduled maintenance. The planned repair was completed utilizing a type-b sleeve, and the line was restarted at 16:53 on 11/18/2022.
