On 11/4/2022 at approximately 03:10 cdst while making rounds an enterprise operator found a pin hole leak on tk 3917 header next to mov-5067. In response, the line was shut down and isolated. This leak was found while an outbound movement was occurring. 5 gallons were released. Repairs have been made and line is now back in service. Spill cleanup is complete. This accident was reported to the nrc on 11/18 when costs for cleanup and repair had exceeded $50,000. Nrc#: 1352892 on 11/18/2022 at 11:43 cst. 48 hour nrc#: 1353035 on 11/20/2022 at 7:50 cst.
