On october 30, 2022 at approximately 17:44, a seal leak alarm occurred on pump 1 at midway station. The automated system isolated upstream and downstream valves of the pump upon alarm. The pipeline control center contacted field personnel to verify the seal leak alarm in the field. The field personnel arrived onsite at 18:30, confirmed the seal leak, and cleaned up free liquid. Final remediation and repair of the seal was completed on october 31, 2022 and the line was restarted that day at 17:44. **updated 12/07/2022 part d-8d cost moved to 8e per PHMSA instruction.
