On november 14, 2022 a three-inch valve froze and split at the seat causing the valve to fail. The leak was discovered during routine maintenance. The total amount released was 28.19bbls (1,183.98 gallons) and the total amount recovered was 25.5bbl (1,071 gallons). Clean-up and excavation commenced immediately, and soil samples have been collected. The valve was replaced, and the site was returned to service at 16:15.
