Corrosion caused a 1/8inch pinhole leak in the medicine bow 56-1-13-1h oil pipeline. Construction excavated and clamped pipeline after isolation and blowdown of the line. Championx was called to investigate. The leak occurred at the 6 o'clock position on a section of the 10' line. Roughly a 2 ft section of the pipe was removed for further examination. Minimal solid deposition was observed inside the pipe. Pssr was conducted 11/21/22 and pipeline was brought back online 11/23/22.

Narrative
Corrosion caused a 1/8inch pinhole leak in the medicine bow 56-1-13-1h oil pipeline. Construction excavated and clamped pipeline after isolation and blowdown of the line. Championx was called to investigate. The leak occurred at the 6 o'clock position on a section of the 10' line. Roughly a 2 ft section of the pipe was removed for further examination. Minimal solid deposition was observed inside the pipe. Pssr was conducted 11/21/22 and pipeline was brought back online 11/23/22.
