On 10/23/2022 at approximately 07:50, oil was discovered coming out of a drain valve located on pressure relief piping associated with the marshland manifold. It was noted that the valve plug was not properly in place and the valve was slightly open allowing the release to occur. Approximately 20 gallons was released to containment. Upon discovery the valve was shut off immediately and a cleanup crew was called to the area. The repair was made by installing the missing plug and ensuring the valve was fully closed.
