10/14/2022 13:40 stopple completion plug was set, and tdw was removing the completion plug installation cone 13:45 ball check internal to the completion plug started to leak 13:58 upstream valve was shut to isolate incoming flow, line pack was pulled down to the lowest pressure possible 14:15 downstream isolation valve shut 21:00 nitrogen was used to purge the pipeline of product 10/15/2022 10:00 repairs were completed 12:00 pipeline was purged back into service
