Pinhole leak due to corrosion. A dive team was sent out to investigate and take corrective action for this spill. Torrent's chemical company also reviewed the corrosion monitoring program associated with this line and makes necessary changes based on coupon analysis to try to mitigate and prevent any future occurrences. The chemical company did not report any issues with the corrosion program. Corrosion reports were submitted prior. Due to management/organizational reduction in workforce (rif) in 2024, clarification on additional nrc numbers cannot be provided.
