At 5:00 on july 25, 2022, magellan operations personnel were conducting a daily facility inspection when product was discovered leaking from 1/2" tubing on mov-410. The tubing was isolated and cleanup activities were initiated. Upon further investigation, it was determined the tubing was not properly installed by the contractor. The tubing was properly re-installed and the asset was placed back in service. To prevent a recurrence, all similar assets installed by the contractor were re-inspected to ensure proper installation.
