On 7/23/2022 at 9:30 pm cst, during station rounds, enterprise pipeline operator discovered crude release on tank 5655 lateral line in the midland tank farm. The leak was isolated and remediated. Corrosion was determined to be the cause of the internal corrosion located at a 6 o'clock position. The section of pipe that leaked was removed from service, and the line was re-routed to active piping.
