On 7/14/2022, at 10:27 am, local contractors notified enterprise of a leak on line 914j-100 in morgan's point facility. Enterprise personnel arrived on site at 10:30 am and confirmed the leak. The control room was notified and the leak site was isolated. At 10:35 am, the controller confirmed there was zero flow on the affected segment. At 12:37 pm, a pipe clamp was securely installed ending the release. At 4:15 pm, enterprise determined the leak volume reporting criteria was met and notified the trrc at 5:07 pm, incident report number 2663. The nrc was also notified, however it was later determined that reporting criteria was not met. The failed segment was cut out and replaced. The cutout was examined and the cause of the failure was determined to be external corrosion. 48-hour update to nrc performed on 7/16/2022 at 12:31 pm - 1341681
