Narrative
On 7/17/2022 at 17:28 cdt, shin oak pipeline cross plains station shut down due to a hazardous gas alarm. A technician responded to the site and confirmed the release at 18:57. On pump #2 discharge, 1/2" tubing connected to a 1" valve with a reducer snapped into two fragments. The pump was isolated and blown down, and the tubing was replaced.
