Narrative
On 7/20/2022 at approximately 18:15 cdt enterprise pipeline control received a hazardous gas alarm at shin oak willis pump station. A pipeline technician responded and confirmed a release from 1/4 inch tubing that became loose from its fitting on a pressure transmitter on the station discharge piping. Equipment was isolated, tubing was replaced, and station returned to service on 7/20/2022 at 19:20.
