On 7/8/22 at approximately 13:47, watson tank w-14 was suspected of leaking after product was discovered in the adjoining valve vault. California notifications were made, and osro arrived onsite to evacuate product from valve vault. The tank was emptied on 7/8/22, cleaned and visually inspected, then the bottom coating was removed for the API/mfl inspection. The results of this scan revealed corrosion and two holes. A helium inspection of the tank floor identified a 5.5 inch crack between the sump and bottom plate which was the leak source. Repairs have been completed and the tank was returned to service on 1/25/23.
