Narrative
On 6/14/2022 at approximately 15:20, station operator reported an appearance of gasoline throughout the yard. This corresponded with a shutdown as well as a product change. Operator shutdown and isolated the station. Osros were dispatched to support the clean-up and repair efforts. After excavation of the area an underground flanged connect was found to be leaking due to an aged paper gasket failure. Replaced paper gasket with standard gasket. The line was static pressure tested to ensure no additional leaks were present and ultimately returned to service. Clean up of the affected soil and gravel continued by removing all from the station for proper disposal. Clean soil and gravel were brought in.
