On 6/14/2022 at 11:57 am cst, during station rounds, enterprise pipeline technician located crude oil leaking from mov 4467 body relief 1/2" vent valve located at the meter run 3450 prover outlet at sealy tank farm. Upon completion of the investigation, it was determined that on 6/3/2022, during maintenance activity, pipeline technician incorrectly left the vent valve in an open position. Pipeline technician's oqs were suspended and are now reinstated post his retraining. The 1/2" vent valve was closed and placed back into service. Trrc # 2342
