On 6/1/2022 at approximately 12:30, third party was dressing out ditches on location road and struck the haynesville to magnolia 8-inch pipeline. Operations supervisor notified the control center to immediately shut down the line. Pipe damage includes inward dent 6-inches long and 4-inches wide, along with a 1-inch diameter punctured hole that allowed approximately 8 barrels of crude was released. The line was repaired and returned to service on 6/4/2022 by 18:58. Third party performing work without placing a one call ticket and without having a representative on site. Sending failure to comply letter.
