On 6/2/2022, pipeline tech was performing pm station checks and discovered a leak on the transfer line near tank 14 suction/fill line. Operations personnel were able to isolate the line, stopping the release and transfer the product out of the line. Approximately 2 barrels of crude oil was released and all released material was contained inside the concrete containment around the transfer header. A temporary clamp was installed to contain the release and following that the failed section of pipe was removed and blinded off until repairs can be performed. All product has been removed from the surface of the concrete containment via pressure washing.
