On august 24, 2022 at 9:51 am est, ellisburg compressor station experienced an esd system activation on the storage discharge header which resulted in failure of the vent stack assembly. The force from the release of venting gas damaged a nearby station building. There were no fatalities or injuries as a result of the event.
