Narrative
110c20 block valve has a rate of drop on it that senses pressure, it triggered and closed the valve, but the pilot continued venting natural gas. There are houses nearby, and the noise of the release is what caused the owners to call 911 to report the noise. Local 911 evacuated 2 homes and closed county road 34 (enon grove rd) until williams arrived and stopped the release. Rate of drop device reset and the road was opened again, and the homeowners are back in their homes. Update - this report was done solely on the basis of operator judgement due to the 911 call and first responders closing enon grove rd.
