On 7/13/2022 the compliance department was notified of a line strike due to a fallen tree, located in putnam county, wv gps 38.525151; -81.776834. The tree struck x-7266 adjacent to well 1388 where the gas is metered, rupturing the piping. It was determined that the reporting threshold of 3 mmcf had been reached.
