Narrative
On 07/30/2022 socalgas crews responded to an under pressure condition at 220 a street, upland, san bernardino. On investigation completed to date regarding the under pressure condition, socalgas identified a leaking 3" water main at the cross point of a 3/4" steel gas stub that affected multiple services and the main. This incident was reported to the cpuc due to under-pressure. This was reported to the DOT due to gas release and damage exceeding $129,300.
