Narrative
During a site visit to inspect newly installed station restoration, a gas odor was detected near the valve setting. Water was present around the base of the valve due to previous weather and bubbles were noticed at ground level. Leak was deemed not fixable by normal means (greasing) so valve was replaced. Due to the nature of the leak, the volume of gas loss was small but could not be determined.
