At 16:45 on may 10, 2021, magellan operations personnel discovered a leaking union on the thermal relief at the tank 61 valve. It is suspected a non-fully tightened fitting combined with thermal pressure and head pressure from filling tank 61 caused the loose union to leak. Cleanup activities were initiated and the union was tightened to prevent reoccurrence.

Narrative
At 16:45 on may 10, 2021, magellan operations personnel discovered a leaking union on the thermal relief at the tank 61 valve. It is suspected a non-fully tightened fitting combined with thermal pressure and head pressure from filling tank 61 caused the loose union to leak. Cleanup activities were initiated and the union was tightened to prevent reoccurrence.
