At 10:00 on march 23, 2021, magellan operations personnel were conducting a facility inspection when product was identified on the tank 1321 3" pump back line. The line was shut down and cleanup activities were initiated. The source of the product was discovered to be a small crack in the fillet weld of the 3" pump back line where the pipe support had fallen. The piping was replaced and the pipe support was modified to be adjustable and properly support the line.
