On 10/26/2020 at approximately 8:00am while conducting station checks an operator noticed oil on the ground beneath the trap. The operator isolated the trap, but this did not stop the leak. The station and pipeline were shutdown down to stop the leak. Upon investigation, it was determined that the o-ring on the warning lock had failed on the pig launcher door. The o-ring was replaced, and the station and pipeline was restarted the same day. All contaminated soil was removed and remediated.
