At 21:15 on october 10th, 2020, magellan operations personnel observed product near tank 573. The tank was emptied and cleanup activities were initiated. Cleaning of the tank revealed a defect caused by corrosion originating at the soil side of the tank bottom. The internal lining was cracked at this location, which allowed product to reach the defect. The tank bottom will be repaired or replaced and new floor liner installed prior to returning the tank to service. Supplemental/final (01/21/2021): update: part h
