At approximately 01:20 cdt on 07/15/2020 during rounds, enterprise operator discovered approximately 5 barrels of unleaded gasoline pooled near the tank booster can pump for tank 1033 at the el dorado terminal. Tank 1033 was locked out and the line to the booster pump drained. After excavation of the pump can it was discovered that the threaded plug on the can bottom was loose. A new plug was installed and the pump can was recoated, reinstalled and returned to service.

Narrative
At approximately 01:20 cdt on 07/15/2020 during rounds, enterprise operator discovered approximately 5 barrels of unleaded gasoline pooled near the tank booster can pump for tank 1033 at the el dorado terminal. Tank 1033 was locked out and the line to the booster pump drained. After excavation of the pump can it was discovered that the threaded plug on the can bottom was loose. A new plug was installed and the pump can was recoated, reinstalled and returned to service.
