Narrative
On may 29th 2020, an operator discovered one barrel of ulsd on the ground coming from the roof of tank 150-5. The roof drain was closed and the product was cleaned up. It was determined the source of the leak was pinholes in the roof caused by corrosion. The pinholes were repaired. Plan to prevent recurrence: to confirm the integrity of the roof, ut scans will be performed at the 10 and 15 year interval following an efr tank's out of service API inspection.
