On 5/6/2020 at 17:34, enterprise technician discovered small bubbles coming from the ground on the line p62.2 at the moss bluff pump station. The leak was isolated by closing block valves. After investigation the source of the leak was determined to be failed o-rings from stopple fittings that were under-torqued during installation. The stopples were subsequently cut out and new pipe installed. Initial nrc call was made may 6, 2020 at 18:18, nrc# 1276779. The 48 hour nrc update call was placed may 8, 2020 at 13:31, nrc #1276891.
