Crude oil was discovered in the tank 78 secondary containment during daily audio visual olfactory (avo) inspection. Notifications were made to appropriate state and federal agencies. A pinhole leak was found on the suction/fill line to tank 78. Cause of the release was isolated internal corrosion. Crude oil and contamination was recovered and disposed per regulations. Affected pipe was cut-out and replaced.
