On october 20, 2020, at approximately 16:00, graham and sons, inc. Was excavating with a bulldozer in the area of lafayette dr. In south fayette twp, pa and struck columbia's 10 inch transmission class mainline causing a release of natural gas. The excavator did not have a valid one call ticket because they never contacted the one call center prior to excavation. Line markers were visible. The estimated cost to repair the damages is $124,000.
