Narrative
A third party contractor damaged a 4-inch steel feeder line. There were no locates requested for the site. Gas was made safe on february 26, 2020 at 14:44 by welding two 4-inch short stops on the main and shutting it down. A 4-inch pumpkin was welded over the damage to complete the repair. The amount of gas loss exceeded the 3 million cubic feet threshold for a federal reportable incident.
