Nrc 48hr update #1271349 atlantic construction company 516 jack enders blvd. Unit a berryville, va 22611 directional drilling hit a 8" plastic natural gas main on february 14, 2020. Washington gas contract locator failed to mark ticket b002801077 in its entirety (56-265. 19a) the excavator had initiated a remark on 2/12/20 a004300525 due to weather. That notification had not been marked and cleared through the call center, and therefore the excavator did not possess a valid ticket (56-265.17 d). Pipeline repairs are complete.
