At 19:15 cst on 10/05/2019 during operational rounds, an enterprise employee discovered a leaking seal on mixer 4018 of tank 3907. Approximately 10 gallons of crude was released onto the ground. Lock out tag out was applied to the mixer and temporary containment was installed to minimize soil impact during cleanup. Release had no impact to waterways. After inspection the seal was replaced with a different seal type and the mixer was returned to service at 14:00 cst on 10/30/2019.
