On 4/29/2019 at 07:00, a contractor at fagus station noticed an ice ball on the south block valve at fagus station and notified the enterprise technician on site. The technician found that the packing gland on the valve was leaking. Routine maintenance was performed on the valve with repacking to stop the leak.
