Note: the basis for this report is the cost of emergency response and repairs. The damage to the regulating facility lead to the interruption of gas service to 98 customers. A driver from the general public experienced a medical emergency and lost control of his vehicle and left the road. The vehicle struck a small above ground natural gas regulating facility. The company later learned the driver had died. The fatality is not believed to have been caused by the release of gas. Note 2: submitting supplemental report to remove fatality since it was not caused by the release of gas.
