This is a rural location. Unmarked 3/4" service stub was hit, pulling the tee from a marked 8" steel main. A bypass was welded on either side of the damaged 8" main to keep gas flowing and not interrupt downstream customers. The damaged section was isolated and repaired and the bypass was then removed. Note: the damaged section of pipe is actually in the city of round lake but the closest meter to this location is the address indicated in part a. The damaged section is just south of the address in section a.

This is a rural location. Unmarked 3/4" service stub was hit, pulling the tee from a marked 8" steel main.
